The FORWARD Approach

The FORWARD Approach is a 6-week program for recently divorced moms who are ready to go from hurt to healed so they can prioritize themselves, achieve life goals, and create a joy-filled future for their children.

Divorce is hard! Going through divorce as a mom can be really hard!

 

And while life after divorce may be a bit more peaceful, it's not necessarily easier. There is healing that still has to be done. Leaving a situation does heal you. But, time, intentionality and work can. 

 

We believe that we have to take care of ourselves so that we can properly take care of others - specifically our children. We believe that we must be intentional about our healing, not just for our children, but also for ourselves. We believe we deserve the best life! And it’s okay if it's life after divorce.

The FORWARD Approach is designed to help moms kick-start their new lives after divorce. And we do it in the community - together - on one accord. We center our healing so that our families can thrive. 

 

The truth is if we don’t heal…

 

We will remain stuck, angry and feeling defeated.

We will continue to live a life of unrest and uncertainty.

We will compromise the peace in our homes.

​

We will be unable to offer our children the best versions of ourselves, so in turn, they suffer.

  • Live weekly community sessions to help guide you through the FORWARD Approach Framework, LaTonya Shanae's signature framework for helping moms move from hurt to healed after divorce so they can prioritize themselves, achieve life goals, and create a joy-filled future for their children

  • Two 30-minute one-on-one mentoring calls with LaTonya Shanae to provide individualized support on your specific needs

​

  • A safe community environment made up of other recently divorced mamas who will serve as your accountability sisters​

​

  • Resources to help you move forward with clarity and peace
